Agency Operations During COVID-19

As news of the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues, we want to reassure you that the Insurance Carriers and our agency are available if you need us. These are challenging times. We deal with difficult situations every day in the insurance industry, but this is new territory for all of us.

As always, our agency and carriers are committed to providing our Customers the best service possible. We are working remotely, and you can reach us during our office hours 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Mon-Fri). 

While our physical location is closed, we want you to know that we are still available by phone, email and virtual meetings by appointment and are here to take care of you during this difficult time. If you need to provide documentation in-person, we have a drop box outside our office door.

For details on services (online account, bill pay, file a claim, etc.) by each carrier, access here.
Options for Online policy access for many carriers is available and to address payment concerns.

Although for many carriers, you can access your accounts online, if you prefer, contact us to request policy documents (such as your auto ID card), help with filing a claim or to make a payment. 

If you’re experiencing financial hardship because of COVID-19 and have questions about your bill, please contact your insurance carrier Customer Service team to discuss payment options. Our agency team is also here to advocate on your behalf with the carriers as needed.
